Google Camera is the official Google app
Only smartphones that have Google patents have Google Camera, such as Android One or nexus and Pixel

At its inception, Google's camera app can be installed on any smartphone, just downloaded on PlayStore
But, now Google Camera, specifically having HDR + can only be installed on smartphones that have Snapdragon 820 processor and above, such as oneplus3, xiaomi mi5 and others,
We who own a smartphone is not a Google patent or Snapdragon 820 down can only minitikan tears😂😂😂
