I would like to briefly explain this project to be as a founder.

Coogger is the first platform which been rewarded information-sharing network on steem blockchain. Also, it is an open source project, coogger-github

Coogger uses language, category and topic options to categorize shared information. authors write the content topic when selecting category and language information, In this way, the contents shared is categorized.

When shared any content and if it gets approved from coogger moderators, users will get upvotes from users that have allowed cooggerup setting in the settings section.

Thanks to the filter feature, the contents of the desired information can be found easily.
Example : http://www.coogger.com/filter?category=project&language=english&username=coogger&status=approved

Another feature is that the shared contents on coogger can be contributed by translating it into other languages.

Pros:

• Users can reward themselves by joining cooggerup from settings.

Cons:

• There is not enough steem-power to reward users.
