What Work Do you Do to Keep Yourself Healthy?
It is said that the healthy body is the root of all happiness, whatever we do, it is the first target to be the best. Because it can not be done properly if it is not healthy. The sick body can not give you enough support.
For this we plan different types of things, do different types of activities, keep a watch on food, so that the body is healthy. Healthy body and healthy mind increase your efficiency.
Today's question is - what work do you do to keep yourself healthy?
