The Harmful Aspects of Ice Cream

Ice-cream is the preferred food for most of the smaller and more people. Ice cream is a deliciously delicious meal. Its combination of flavors and components makes people greedy. For example, vanilla, chocolate, mango, strawberry etc.

Ice cream is a fun food but it has several harmful aspects. So do not eat it at all, it does not. You can eat from time to time. But if you eat ice cream in everyday practice it will be very harmful for your body! How? Let's see:

1. Excessive ice cream increases body weight and cholesterol levels. It is also harmful for dentists.

2. Ice cream contains a lot of sugar which is not good for our body. Again, for diabetes patients, ice cream helps to increase blood sugar, which is harmful for health.

3. Excessive amount of essential fiber, mineral and other ingredients can occur in the body by eating more ice cream in the diet. So be careful.

4. Ice cream means high calorie, low fiber and lack of vitamins and minerals - these three conferences. Which can easily cause heart disease, stroke.

5. Ice cream contains artificial color and flavors, which may be the source of many other cancers including colon cancer.
