Hello, fellow actifiters! How are you all? Hope that you are having an awesome day. I am fine as well, Alhamdulillah. Here is today's activities report. It is also my 96th participation in the #iamalivechallenge contest.
The COVID19 situation is almost the same. Look like the lockdown didn't work. In the last 72 hours, there are 3544 new cases and 29 new death. The commercial activities are still banned from 8 pm to 5 am. From the first of Ramadan (2 days from now), another complete lockdown from 9 pm to 5 am is going to be started. Tarawih prayer is banned throughout Ramadan. Losing faith in the decisions from the Supreme Committee!!

Had an average day at the office. Consulted 21 patients in the chamber.
No walk on the treadmill. Played football ⚽ with my kid.
Achieved a 10k plus steps before 10 pm. Here is the proof of that win.
