The cycle is hard down currently at day 46 of the 60 day cycle. That means there are 14 days of decline left. This is likely not a time to be taking buying actions but shorting the bounces.

Oh yes, ETH primary trend is still DOWN. Expecting a sudden rise and change is price to bullish is not how a bottom is placed. Rather, surprises occur in the direction of the main trend....almost always. So, a sudden airpocked decline are the types to expect.
