Chest Workout - Dumbbell Press PRIVATE RECORD

Hello everybody

This is one of my favourite exercises for chest. This time I decided that I will give my maximum and I will put on dumbbell press 45 kilograms. I did I think 10 reps which is really good and I think that next time I will go for 50!

This is great exercises, similar to bench press but in my opinion, you will hit your chest more because in every hand you have weight and you can control it easier.

I like to do it for the first exercises but also if you do bench press to, do it after bench press.

Also in my gym, we don't have dumbbells heavier than 30 kg, so this is improvised dumbbell :)
