Story of “Walking House “

Hi steemians,

Today I want to tell you a amazing story of a tree that I learned...Here is the photo at first⬇️ :)

The tree is near by a mansion as you see and the mansion is known “ walking house” in Yalova the city that I lived..This Ottoman-Turkish style mansion was said to have been used by Ataturk ,the founder of Turkey.

The mansion has earned the name because as legend goes Ataturk thought that the mansion was too near to a spectacular tree,and he did not want to cut down the tree and he ordered the mansion walked.

The mansion and its removal process was lasts too long and it was ended in 1936.

So I want to take a pic of that tree and not to take pics mansions’ photos at first..Because the tree is more precious than mansion I think..

Next time I will share the “Walking House” pics and its historical pics that removal process..
