Milkyway Smiley - Star Camera Rotation

This is camera rotation while the camera lens is not covered. Thats the reason the star dragged a smiley. So you start with a 15 seconds, then rotate 180° and keep the lens open another 20 seconds, done.

Another interesting technique in your arsenal :D Well, looking at photo without reading comments first I actually have got not even a light idea how it was made. And taking into consideration that finally your description is really not so difficult to implement.. comparing to that the result is simply stunning. It would remind me more some artistic Photoshop manipulation, but noway straight from the camera frame. Well, another masterpiece :)

I'm confused... It looks that the smile is surrounded with many trees.
