At the moment we have 40° C in Germany and i have my lunch break dreaming of a cool night on Iceland. This Photo was taken a few years back at the Aldeyjarfoss waterfall together with my friend Tim. At first i was putting some light onto the waterfall (which is huge) and then i ran around to spin the two fire wheels. Well and then it happens. Murphies law > if it goes wrong it goes bad. The radio breaks and i can't tell him that iam ok and then the head lamp does not want to work any longer. It seem as it was still bright but it wasnt. Anyhow Tim saw that my lights were out and came towards me to collect me before i fall off the cliffs. But that was a moment hehe - i bumped into some rocks but in the end i was fine - thanx to my friend. The photo well worth it.
The entire long exposure / procedure took 445.7second on F4, ISO 100. So you see that one was a bit of work and adrenalin ;-) and yes it was the last photo of the night.

Your work is so unique. Nature and light are getting together in your work. Unmatched image but well matched. That is impressive. Most of all, it is so beautiful. Idea is good, expression is good, color is so good. The fall in the middle dividens two of the object we can imagine. Fascinating ~
