Crystal Queen - Light Painting

Visiting other Light Painters pretty much always leads to some new kind of experiments and so new kind of art.
At the moment I travel the US to meet some friends and collaborate with other artists. Here iam at the house of a friend in Denver. Together with @danchickdotcom and friends we found time to play around last night. Sylvia got to be the Crystal Ice Queen.

In that shot I used a huge fiber optic glass wip, 2.0m long. The flash light attached was in strobe and I moved it around her to fill the space in white. Shed some light on her and behind her. Done.

In the second and third photo you see some of the experimental set ups. Dan and I we were shooting all night parallel to each other getting totally different results. That's the fun of it. I will share more once I have something on my PC.

The main photo you see was only downloaded to my phone and cropped, as well as some color correction. That means what you see is not a Photoshop art piece. It's all created life right there in the camera during the long exposure.
