There are a lot of people whom I meet they claim to be pretty healthy. But a little deeper dive into their food menu immediately shows that they are eating the so-called " healthy Foods" which are not actually healthy and should be avoided.

Actually, we can't blame them, thanks to all the buzz and hype around " all natural" or "sugar-free" foods is sort of confusing.

To make things little simple for you here we have listed down top 7 health foods which should not be eaten. Several of them are not actually healthy foods at all instead they are secret sugar bombs.

They tend to set your body on inflammation and makes your hormones spike up to the unhealthy state because at times they are tainted with some seriously gross compounds.

Fruit Juice in Excess is Unhealthy:

Believe it or not fruit juice can be as dangerous as soda when it is being drunk in excess. Let us understand it this way, imagine you are gulping down an 8-ounce glass of orange juice in just a few seconds, which is made from 4 medium sized oranges.

Now compare this whole thing to actually sitting down and eating those four oranges, this should make it clear why eating fruits are better than fruit juice. Not to forget all the fiber you are consuming along with it. The concentrated sugar present in fruit juice taxes your pancreas and spikes up your sugar levels. Limit your fruit juice intake or have it occasionally.

Vegetable Oils Makes It to Unhealthy Foods List:

Yes!! Vegetable oil also comes in the list of "health" foods which should not be consumed. Vegetable oil like canola oil is very highly inflammatory and not at all healthy. Reason being they are usually genetically modified and partially hydrogenated.

Not Just that the fats found in these oils, tend to raise the risk of numerous illness and diseases like cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity... etc. So better stick to pure cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil, which actually smells like real coconut.

Table Salt Make it to foods you should never eat List :

Almost all of us know that white table salt can cause hypertension yet the consumption has not come down. Unfortunately after being thoroughly processed, heated and its naturally occurring iodine is replaced with potassium iodide in almost toxic amounts.

The salt is then stabilized with dextrose, which happens to turn it in purple color. Then it is finally bleached white. The best option is to use real sea salt or Himalayan salt.

Fat Free & Low Fat Milk:

The so call healthy low fat and fat-free dairy products are actually often laden with added sugar which puts you in the potent risk of type 2 diabetes, cancer, and even heart disease.

People consuming full fat milk have lower chances of diabetes, obesity compared to those who do not consume it. Make sure to choose organic milk as research indicates that organic milk has a better and healthier fat profile.

Canned Green Beans:

According to Consumer Reports Canned green beans are contaminated with some of the most unhealthy pesticides. Not just that canned green beans contain bisphenol A, a synthetic estrogen.

This could lead to hormonal imbalance, infertility, breast, and prostate cancer. Better is to choose organic or fresh or frozen green beans. Growing them on your own is also super simple.

Overcooked Meat is Unhealthy:

Almost all meats have amino acids along with sugars and creatine. When it is cooked at very high temperature it produces molecules known as heterocyclic amines (HCAs). These are cancer causing toxic agents also found in cigarette smoke.

Avoid using store-bought thicker marinades which contain sweeteners or high-fructose corn syrup or even honey which makes charring more likely, increasing exposure to carcinogens. Instead reduce the use of sugar-free, thin, vinegar-based marinades. Also try adding anticancer herbs like basil, mint, rosemary, sage etc. to your meat marinades.

Artificial Sweeteners:

Unfortunately, many doctors also suggest consuming them as they think it is supposedly safe for diabetics thanks to their low glycemic index. However, new research has indicated that artificial sweeteners cause a disturbance in the gut flora and can actually trigger diabetes.

It has been also linked to breast cancer, weight gain, and brain tumors. Try avoiding them as much as possible.

It's a good list. Also everything that has zero fat or zero sugar is more unhealthy than their ordinary counterpart.
