We must be humble to hear the voice of God, but if we are not humble, we can never hear the voice of God, nor can we transform as God wants.

"Humility attitude of the person who does not presume their achievements, recognizes their faults and weaknesses, and acts without pride."

Where there is no humility there are divorces, evils, fights, people do not serve the Lord as He wants. But if there is no humility in my heart, I will not be a man of obedience, neither subjection nor love that penetrates my heart. Because the opposite of humility is pride, hatred, arrogance.

Isaiah 57:15

15 The Most High and Majestic who lives in eternity, the Saint, says: «I live in the high and holy place with those of the repentant and humble spirit. I restore the broken spirit of the humble and rekindle the courage of those who have a repentant heart.

For that reason we must be humble and God will never reject a contrite and humiliated heart. When there is humility in our hearts, God prospers it and it is not a matter of poverty, misery or whether it has or does not. A balance is needed to recognize our mistakes, for that reason we must be at a balance point.

Psalm 51: 17

The sacrifices of God are the broken spirit; To the contrite and humiliated heart you will not despise you, O God.

There are people who are very proud and do not accept the help of others. They become deaf or blind because arrogance makes them proud and that does not produce exaltation and, therefore, God can not bless.

Many of our prayers have not been answered because we do not have humility in our hearts.

Proverbs 22: 4

4 riches, honor and life. They are the remuneration of the humility and fear of Jehovah.

God will give the humble riches, honor and life. Not biological life, but kind of life. Everything we have gives glory to God, because we do not deserve it, it is part of the blessing.

Matthew 5: 2

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

If a person is not poor in spirit and is not humble, can never enter, nor be part of the Kingdom of Heaven, be poor in spirit, be humble is something voluntary is an attitude of the heart, it is something that is decided to be. People are not born humble.
