This coin works by running the BOINC (Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing) software and the Gridcoin Wallet.
You join a whitelisted project (http://wiki.gridcoin.us/Current_BOINC_Whitelist) and join the Gridcoin Team and you start earning GRC :)
