MOTHERS//: AN ANCHOR TO THE CHILDREN @grich
Hi everyone, hope you're having a smooth day.
Most times, events brings back the good old memories we once had, a flash back came to mind as I stumbled on this picture,
memories rush through my mind of this little lad, whom I watched growing up. From his first cry to his first step, all an amazing sight to behold.
The little boy who happens to be my cousin, as a little child was fond of going everywhere with pencil and a book, his reason being that he can always pause and draw anything he likes on his way to wherever he is going. As seniors I and my other cousins will scold him and most times force him to stop going around with pencil/book in the name of wanting to draw.
But something amazing happens each time we do this, my aunt would ask us to allow him carry his pencil and book especially when we are going to church, and surprisingly this little boy will come back full of excitement after service with a drawing claiming it's the pastor's image, seeing the thing called an image of the pastor you can't help but laugh, but even at that point my aunt would praise the image as if it were one perfect Image painted by Leonardo da Vinci. We as children then, never understood what she was doing.
Today from the point of making what couldn't pass as an image of any reasonable thing, that same boy creates beautiful and lovely images that can catch anyone's fancy.
Have a look at most his works:
CONCLUSION
Through the journey of this flashback, I arrived at one thing; that mother's are anchors that gives STABILITY to their children. Isn't it wonderful how the encouragement and praises of a mother can push a child so far! Bravo to all mother's and up coming mother's who fuel the passion of their children.
