My Taheebo Plant

Hello wazzup steemians!!!!

I'm really fascinated with my wonderful plants behind our house because they are really my stress reliever. Looking at them is like a heaven to me. They have so many health benefits and they are also wonderful to look at, that I am sure since it always completes my day. Like my old post about "Serpentina" which is a herbal plant, this plant also comes with so many health benefits. As I've mentioned before, I would love to have a garden full of herbal plants.

This plant also contains antibacterial characteristics which helps you in so many ways. It can also boost your immune system. Helps you with your digestive problems and many more. No wonder why people make their leaves as tea because of the benefits you can get. Some people claim that they are now cancer free by drinking some tea from taheebo. They also said it can cure aids or other sexually transmitted diseases. Also, if you have infection, or chronic respiratory problems , it is a big help particularly if you have inflammations, flu and colds.

You can boil water and add some leaves, let soak and wait for about 10 minutes. Drink this once a day for a healthy digestive system. I know there are a lot of herbal medicines out there that can treat your digestive problems, but this one here is natural. This is one of the common herbal medicines used in our country. You may find it a regular plant but it carries a ton of health benefits. Some doctors know and will advise you about the use of this plant because it is safe to use and has no side effects.

Taheebo plant also has a better taste than serpentina with it's soothing aroma will replenish your soul. Try it or drink a taheebo tea after you eat your dinner or lunch. It will help your digestive system works properly.
