¡Música Venezolana! / ¡Venezuelan music!

in GEMS4 years ago (edited)

Letra:

El sol se oculta en el atardecer
atardecer, atardecer crepuscular,
matizan la entrada de la noche
y una luna muy bella
comienza a aparecer. (Bis)

Como el atardecer
así eres, muñequita sin igual
lindo son tus ojos
y tus labios de matiz coral
quisiera sentir,
tu negra cabellera acariciar
y extasiarme en tus brazos
viendo el atardecer. (Bis)

Hello dear friends, how are you? I hope very well!

For this post I want to tell you about a very nice piece of Venezuelan music, a waltz called "Atardecer", lyrics by Luis Laguna and music by Lencho Amaro

I was thinking and I realized that I had a lot of time without bringing them some of the music from my country, and I said why not today? That we are in quarantine and I think it is important to feed on new things, to learn not only from what we often hear but also from what is new to us.

Luis Laguna was a composer born in Aragua, Venezuela, who left us a significant number of Venezuelan works that reflected his life, his perspective and his perhaps even romantic side, all together. The lyrics and notes of each of his compositions complement each other, giving us a feeling of well-being, of home ... But not of that home of the city, but the home of the town, that home of childhood.

This beautiful waltz, as its name says, mentions a sunset but in turn unites us with a mention of a love for a woman (as is customary in those times) and it immerses us in this, comparing it in what it is our sunsets, our twilights.
All this while in the harmony of Lencho Amaro immerses us thanks to the minor tonality in a sentimental and sublime sensation, without being excessive, but very intense, being the climaxes very intimate, very between sunset and women.

Lyrics:

The sun goes down at sunset
sunset, twilight sunset,
nuance the entrance of the night
and a very beautiful moon
begins to appear. (Bis)

Like the sunset
that's how you are, doll without equal
cute are your eyes
and your coral-hued lips
I would like to feel
your black hair caress
and be ecstatic in your arms
watching the sunset. (Bis)

I leave you an old video where I play the waltz with some dear musician friends, José on the clarinet, Javier on the cuatro, Dare on the cello and my person on the violin, hugs !!!
