Coffee dominated by chocolate note ...
This coffee comes from the Kotowa plantation at 1700 m high, on the hills of the Baru volcano in western Panama. In this plantation, special attention is paid to the protection of the environment and the conditions of the employees employed here. High rainfall, adequate sunshine and fertile volcanic soil, affect the quality of coffee.
Flavor and taste dominated by chocolate note with forest fruit flavor. Delicate acidity, creamy body.
