I realized that every person is responsible for his happiness, your happiness is not dependent on material things. You could choose to be happy or not. The decision depends on you.
I choose happiness, and I hope you do too.

    are true. However, when the situation around you seems bleak, it becomes a little difficult to be responsible for your happiness. Breaking free from unnecessary stressors at those times would be the way out.
