A purple sky and the small things in life
Yes, it was. Purple as the royalty of past times used to wear in their clothes.
Please dear friend, remember to appreciate the small things in life, all those that we take for granted. Those are the moments that we will probably miss the most when life gives sudden turns and twists.
How many times have you had to lose something to realize how blessed you were when you had it?.
For me, it is a constant process. I am aware that I will miss the small things that make up the now, and even then, it seems I still take much of it for granted.
It takes a great amount of self-discipline to be grateful, and thus, enjoy the present moment.
Please, take a pause and contemplate now what you have in your life. Everything you have achieved. Your loved ones. Go now and tell them how much you love them.
Forget what you don't have, and be grateful for your blessings. Try to be like this always.
It's not happy people who are grateful, but grateful people who are happy.
