Today I have the first week of curation behind me and passed the scepter to @don-thomas.

I must admit it is quite time consuming to distribute votes with the @steemcutaor05 account and also the one from GSB. It took me at least 2 hours a day.

Even though it was time consuming, this time I really made the effort and watched almost all the posts.
I gave 225 votes to 111 accounts in the 7 days.

It was made sure that everyone from the German-speaking community, who also stands to Steem, has always received a small vote. I am of the opinion that it is better to give many small votes, that the contributor gets at least around 1 $ and not only 4-5 cents.

You can see that more is published under #deutsch than with HIVE, and comments are also often seen with Steem. If Steemit inc. really supports the country communities with 500k, you will see after some time that Steem will be ahead in the social media field.

It is unfortunately the case that you only get one account from Steemit inc. So you don't get the Curator Reward yourself. Even though we give our curators account @steem-bootcamp a 100% vote every day, the work and efforts are in no relation to the $1.50 you can expect for the 100% vote.

If you then count on giving the vote, commenting on it and writing a report about it from time to time, that's 50-60 hours a month.

Here it is absolutely necessary that if you really want to support the country communities with a stake for curation, that this is delegated.

I think @steemcurator01 should pass this on to the management of Steemit inc. There is more than enough power on the Steemit inc. account that, if used properly, can bring Steem back to the top.

Let's not fool ourselves that the chain with the bigger payouts for the Bolggers and a fair curation will leave the field as the winner.

Heute habe ich die erste Woche Kuration hinter mir und das Zepter an @don-thomas weitergegeben.

Ich muss gestehen es ist recht zeitaufwendig mit dem @steemcutaor05 Account und auch dem von GSB Vote zu verteilen. Ich habe wenigstens 2 Stunden am Tag dafür gebraucht.

Auch wenn es Zeitintensiv war, habe mir diesmal wirklich die Mühe gemacht und mir fast alle Beiträge angeschaut.
Ich habe 225 Vote an 111 Account in den 7 Tagen vergeben.

Es wurde dafür gesorgt, das jeder aus der deutschsprachigen Community, der auch zu Steem steht, immer ein kleines vote erhalten hat. Ich bin der Meinung, das man lieber viele kleine Votes vergeben sollte, das der Beitragsersteller wenigstens um die 1 $ erhält und nicht nur 4–5 Cent.

Man kann beobachten, dass unter #deutsch mehr veröffentlicht wird als bei HIVE, und auch Kommentare sind bei Steem öfters zu sehen. Wenn hier Steemit inc. wirklich die Länder Communitys mit sagen wir 500k unterstützt, wird man nach einiger Zeit sehen können, das Steem im Bereich Social Media die Nase vorne haben wird.

Es ist ja leider so, das man nur einen Account von Steemit inc. zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt. Also erhält man selber nicht den Kurator Reward. Auch wenn wir unseren Kuratoren Account @steem-bootcamp jeden Tag ein 100 % Vote geben stehe die Arbeit und die Bemühungen in keinerlei Relation zu den 1.50 $ den man für das 100 % Vote rechnen kann.

Wenn man dann rechnet, das man mit der Vergabe der Vote, dem Kommentieren und auch das man selber ab und zu einen Bericht über die Vergabe der Votes, schreibt sind das 50–60 Stunden im Monat schnell zusammen.

Hier ist es unbedingt nötig, dass wenn man den Länder-Communitys wirklich mit einem Stake für Kuration unterstützen möchte, das dieser dann auch delegiert wird.

Ich denke, das sollte @steemcurator01 auch so an das Management von Steemit inc. weiter geben. Auf den Steemit inc. Account schlummert ja mehr als genug Power, die wenn sie richtig eingesetzt wird, Steem wieder weit nach vorne bringen kann.

Machen wir uns doch alle nichts vor, die Chain mit den größeren Payouts für die Bolgger und einer gerechten Kuration wir als Sieger vom Feld gehen.
