Yesterday Poloniex did the same. Ethereum cannot handle all those ICO launches. Urgent measures must be taken, either increasing Ethereum network capacity or applying restrictions to smart contracts.
Something must be done as the it will damage ethereum

This will be the beginning of decline in ethereum. I hope LTC will get a smart contract layer. Most other coins have too many issues and politics around them
