A Troubled Heart

John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

One of the major reason or causes of a troubled heart is unbelieve. At times, there's no sign that the blessings we desire will ever come. Thus we must move to a level of believing without an evidence, for our faith is the evidence of the miracles. Brethren, we must believe in the invisible Jesus, for He alone can bring to pass the visible manifestation of our heart desires. Today, the Spirit of God starts by addressing the barrier to our breakthroughs: A TROUBLED HEART. Brethren strive to destroy the feelings of fear and anxieties, for these things deprive one of the energy to accommodate the presence of God that activates the blessings.

Jesus is saying "believe in me". This is unnegotiable with the feelings of disappointment or past failures. Believe in Christ even if you have failed before. Believe in Christ even if the storms look insurmountable. Believe in Christ even if everyone has given up on you. Believe in Christ even if you have lost all. Jesus is the only one that can give us new beginning and bring surprising restoration. By His sovereignty, He can raise us up again, anytime, anyhow or anywhere. Discard the doubt, for it's time to believe God with our lives.

Dear Father, thank you for your wisdom in us. We cast our lives at your feet, waiting on you always. Please forgive us for doubting you before now, please let your will be done in our lives, in Jesus name. Amen.
