A New Miracle
Acts 3:10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.
He was at the beautiful gate, but his life was not beautiful. He had a name, but he was addressed according to his condition: the lame man. But when he encountered Jesus, his story changed completely. His life became a wonder and amazement within minutes.
That was the testimony of a man that was tired of life. He accepted his struggles and never considered coming out of it. In fact, when Peter and John approached him, he didn't ask for healing, but money to eat and manage his condition for life. He never walked before, so by experience, there was no hope for a change. But Jesus is the Master of first time miracles.
