Experience Is The Best Teacher

Whether you like to agree with it or not - the fact is that when you experience something, the lessons from that experience sticks to you much longer than an advise from a random person. For this reason, it's important that you engage with the world around you, hence you can gain experience.

Many people love to think that simply because a person is older than the next person, he should be more experienced. But that's so far from the truth. We gain experience by the things we've done ourselves and the things we've seen with our very own eyes. Hence, you should be asking yourself - what have you experienced?

The question of what is your experience in business? And what have you learned over the years from your personal experience is very important. There are people that are privileged to work with someone of high experience early in life, and they learn a lot from such a person.

Fundamentally children learn by what they see and hear. You may think that as people grow up, they stop learning this way, but that's not true. People keep learning from experiences, both personal, and what they literally see and hear. That's the reason why so much is learned in your childhood.

Some parents have managed to hone lots of valuable skills, and show these skills to their children - not by words but by deeds. Waking the family up at a very early time, showing them how to clean their clothes and environment, and how to handle tasks and have an organized life. People learn best from personal experiences.
