Japanese food with Filipino taste

The owner of this Japanese restaurant that's affordable and catered to Filipino palate was once a kitchen. assistant on Japan. Having save enough he went back to put up his own restaurant famous in Cebu as Joeds Lutong Happy which roughly translates into Joeds Japanese Foods.
Because it was my natal day and Mom just got discharge from. hospital after having some. chest pain in our way home from Badian I thought of celebrating it with ramen of course for. long life so here they are enjoying its ambiance.
At 4 to 5 USDollars each serving we were able to have a taste of Japanese food.
I was introduced to this place by my best friend and since then I was hooked. As of the moment they have many locations across Cebu but this is my favorite is it's just an hour walk from my workplace.
I like the cozy feel. of the place impressed by its wooden interior and dim lighting.
The fake cherry blossoms and the lanterns together with the other wall decors makes it feel like you're in Japan.
The exact location for this place is President Quirino | Corner F. Cabahug Street, Mabolo, Cebu City 6000 .
I love the fact that they offer an array of food at affordable price. Because my dad is new to this experience I take it an opportunity to introduce him to the joys of slow eating when you eat chopstick.
A few things I love about Japanese food is their plating. They serve your food not just for your palatte but also for your eyes and nose.
My folks love it and that made me. most happy.
