The year is to end so I'm cramming all my unwritten articles before I report back to work tomorrow. What better else to write about than this ornately decorated tress. IMG20181215123308.jpg

I like this because it's made from rattan balls and broomsticks and it has the" parol" or the Filipino lantern that's made from paper and rattan. IMG20181215123115.jpg

Second tree is this from Tacloban. I'm case you missed it scroll down my blog. Again I adore how they assembled it with indigeneous materials IMG_20181121_073833.jpg

The bonus was having a souvenir picture with my cousin Vanessa who is now a Canadian citizenIMG_20181121_073545.jpgIMG_20181121_080831.jpg

My cousin Zion and I did a lot of Christmas tree hopping this year.Allow me to post some of those we had. IMG20181225174658.jpg
This was taken in a three star hotel. Bit awkward to be taking it as we are not hotel guest but since we were committed in having beautiful pictures here they are IMG20181225175137.jpg
It's beautiful and very western but too common as well.Beautiful just the same. IMG20181225175221.jpg

What makes Christmas tree the central piece in any place? It's the festivity of the colors and the warm cozy feeling you're part of something bigger. Just look at this tree and tell me if it's but a handwork of a single person? I bet not. IMG20181225170414.jpg
It must have taken a couple of hotel crews to assemble it. And who says trees should always be red, green and yellow? Blue might be a depressing color but if youre thinking ocean, sky who would not have happy thoughts? IMG20181225170348.jpg

Who says they have to be pine trees? Look at this marine inspired tree I blog about days ago. It's a tree with a mission. What could be better than that.I figured trees always have the identity of their owners.
