'Synth PowR' - New Original Music - More Playing Around w/ Logic's Synths! Electronic/Instrumental + Walkthrough!
So this is a random creation
from last night which wound being pretty cool. I was thinking about adding drums, but the synth in Track 9 has a sort of kick drum built in, and I think the tune kinda works as just a bunch of synth textures, with no percussion section. There is also a cool rhythm between the arpeggiated synths that happened unintentionally which totally makes the tune. I was thinking about extending the song, and pumping up the cutoff on a few synths, so things would get more 'clear', but I think the distant, sort of lo-fi quality works here.

The tune is built around a simple
progression, beginning on Cmajor, moving to Ab, then Fminor, and finally to Bb6, before repeating. The Cmajor is subbed in for our tonic of Cminor, which gives it a more 'epic' sort of resolve, though initially, you can't really pick out the major quality. It's only when Track 8 arrives that it becomes much more obvious. Tracks 6 and 7 play the main progression, with the others all playing some variation of it, either with single notes, or dyads.
