PRAWN & RASPBERRY SALAD

Salad Ingredients
200g prawns
50g of BerryWorld raspberries
150g washed spinach
50g alfalfa sprouts
1 avocado
1 whole grain soft wrap
Half a red onion
Sauce & dressing Ingredients
1 finely chopped garlic clove,
1 grated zest and juice of 1 lime
A sprig of coriander
1 fresh chili
1 tbsp sesame oil
A sprig of fresh parsley
