Caught in People's Transmissions

We get caught up...

in other people and what they transmit. This isn't a judgement of good or bad. It is part of relating and learning on a human level how to be better versions of ourselves.

I know for myself that if I relax and just allow the flow to happen, I can be more comfortable with what is happening around me. It doesn't mean we need to suffer in any given situation, but that we can come back to this broader knowing, again and again, of the flow.
