Wuhan dry noodles

분식은 줄곧 우리 아침 식탁에 올리는 가장 주요한 음식중의 하나이다. 오늘 이야기한 것은 우리 중경의 작은 면이 아니라 우한의 뜨거운 말린 면이다.우한 (武武汉)에 출장을 갔다가 차오몐을 먹고 난 뒤, 잊지 못하고 돌아오면서 한 그릇이라도 사오려고 생각했다.붉은 건면은 건무면이며, 그곳에 있는 주료는 미마장과 함께 물에 무친 콩이다.

After coming back, I also want to have a bowl of noodles.noodles are dry with sesame paste and stewed cowpeas as the main ingredients.

面食一直是我们早餐桌上最主要的食物之一，今天说的不是我们重庆的小面，而是武汉热干面。之前有机会到过武汉出差，在那里吃过热干面之后，一直念念不忘，回来之后也想着要来一碗。热干面是干拌面，里面的主料是芝麻酱和泡好的豇豆。
