Saw this ages ago & got basmati rice because of it. I've never gotten to try this version since I lack the spices, but I made a delicious interpretation that had cumin, allspice, chili peppers & other seasonings but cooked in homemade bone broth & coconut milk with sauteed onions & baby bell peppers.
I was going to do something pineapple chicken-ish with it, but fate had other plans!
Definitely my new favorite rice.
