"Riblja čorba"
"Riblja čorba" is a Serbian rock band very popular in Serbia but also in the territory of the former Yugoslavia. The group was founded in 1978 and is still active.
The band's symbol is singer Bora Djordjevic known as "Bora Čorba". Also very popular is the guitarist Miša Aleksic.
During the war in the former Yugoslavia, Bor Djordjevic supported Serbian military formations. Many consider him to be a Serbian nationalist.
He is also known for numerous political statements, as well as political poems. He was particularly known as an opponent of the political regime of Slobodan Milosevic.
His music is something, and we will remember him much more than by politics.
We will remember his music much more than a political statements. He is much better in music than in politics.
This is a mural of gratitude to Bora Djordjevic and other members of the band on everything they did in their excellent music career. It was painted by Belgrade artist Andrej Josifovski (his artistic name is Pianist).
