Ishitari, The Princess of the Lion tribe.

The king makes all males go through a trial to the deepest abyss to prove that they are worthy of belonging to the army of the Lion Lord, when the Queen died she made the King swear that their daughter would be one of the maidens of the Lioness, a group of maiden whose work is to protect the little ones and to take care of them while the warriors protect the tribe of bigger threats. These maidens also have a good training in combat, althought is not as hard as the training the warriors have to go through, not all maidens can make it to the end and either died in the process or give up to the life of battle.

The princess, Ishitari, grew up listening to all of the brave stories that the army of the Lion Lord did and how her father, Ilgalord, became the King by destroying the legendary wall that separated them from other realms, nobody in eons could ever scratch said wall but Ilgalord could destroy it thanks to ancient warcry that let him have the strength of thousand giants in exchange of half of his life, this warcry was passed through generations as a lullaby but no one knew what it meant.

Ishitari, now as the most respectable maidens of the Lioness ask The king to take the trial to become the first lioness in the army of the Lion Lord, Ilgalord knew very well of what she was capable of, but being the most powerful of the maidens didn't mean that she would survive to the abyss that all males have to go through, even less than half of the males sent there return alive and never a female took the trial. The King refused to accept such petition as it was literally to consent to the suicide of his own daughter, The Princess knew that she could finished the trial, she was born after her father destroyed the wall so she knew that she could do things no other could, she alone killed a dragon, a feat that is normally do by a group of warriors or veteran, powerful warrior, so she went without his majesty's permission.

the only prove that one finished the trial is to bring with you a piece of the skelleton's body, a wild and powerful creature that only lives there.

She sounds like a strong-minded woman that has a lot of confidence in her own skills :) I am excited to tune in to her journey :D

Good picture, too, she looks like someone that no one should mess with :)

Nice drawing , nice story!
