Weekly Steem Representative Report (November 6th - 12th 2023)

Dear Steemit team,

I'm glad to report my last week's activities as a representative of Steem I was active both on the platform and offline. I've helped both new and old users who contacted me. I'm always online 24/7 except my phone went off due to low battery. It was a fun and exciting week the only challenge I faced was a power shortage, but then I devised means to charge my phone. below is the highlight of my activities:

Curator:

It's one of the most time-consuming tasks, I always work more than a half-day on my Curation days. I worked twice last week and I've guided the new ones on the right path to success, I encouraged them to be active and consistent and to engage meaningfully with fellow users. I only encountered a few AI-generated posts which I detected manually and I warned the offenders and advised them to desist from the act, The same goes with plagiarism, I've encouraged most of them to continue with their achievement tasks in the Newcomers' community to become well acquainted with the platform.

I gave them tips on how to create quality posts, always writing on topics that they know very well, always Justifying their text proofreading their posts and making amends before publishing them.

Moderator In The Steemkids/Parents Community:

I worked on my scheduled date, reviewing all the posts that were published in the community that day. I gave corrections and encouragement too, I also announced the winners of the previous week's contest and initiated a new one Mytownin10Pics-Schools. I hope to have many entries!

Greeter:

I've made video calls with many new users and verified them, I also guided some of them on Discord and WhatsApp, responding to their concerns and questions and they were happy! We are a team we always work together to improve the quality of our service.

I was active throughout the week, actively engaged with fellow users, upvoting them and this earned me a good Voting CSI of 18.2 ( 0.00 % self, 156 upvotes, 111 accounts, last 7d ) I've powered up too, and I'm growing gradually.
