My detox's drink

Hi beautiful ❤️ ladies!

It feels good to express my ideas here today, I trust you are still alive and kicking! As for me, I couldn't be better. So today I want to talk about detoxification, the benefits of detoxifying the body system from time to time, and the natural ways we can do it and remain healthy. Stay tuned!

Detoxification: Is the process of removing harmful chemicals or toxins that accumulated in our body system over time. Getting rid of these harmful toxins will aid healthy living.

NATURAL WAYS OR METHODS OF DETOXIFICATION:

Detox tea: You can make a detox tea ☕ using this combo, of ginger, garlic, turmeric, and cloves.
Methods Of Preparation:

  • wash all the above ingredients clean.
  • pound them together.
  • pour it into the pot.
  • add water up to 2 liters and boil it.
  • allow it to cook for 20 mins then your detox drink will be ready!
  • drink a glass of it on an empty stomach every morning before exercise or breakfast.

Benefits Of The Combo:

  • It will detoxify important organs of the body like the Kidneys, Lungs, Colon, etc. It will remove all the Harmful chemicals From your system.
  • It cures so many times of Infections.*
  • It aids in weight loss.
  • It boosts immunity.
  • *It purifies the blood
  • It makes you look younger.
  • It improves your mood and helps you to have better skin.
    • It helps in treating free radicals.*

My detox tea

Drink a glass of the tea, first thing in the morning for 7 days and stop it.
Note: not good/or advisable for pregnant women.
Intermittent Fasting: The importance of fasting can't be overstated, intermittent fasting on this aspect means setting aside a period you decided not to eat anything and a time you can eat something. It could be 16:8 meaning you will fast for 16 hours a day and eat something 8 hours, for example, you don't eat from 7 pm - 11am, but can take something between 11 AM - 7 Pm, then 20:4 or 24 hours.

Fasting will set you in the mode to eliminate toxins in the body, it aid weight loss, invigorate your body, lower blood sugar, and improve mental performance.

Exercising: Helps in eliminating or removing harmful chemicals From our body, through sweating, always do activities or exercises that will make you to sweat, I prefer aerobics exercises,it could be dancing, distance walking, jogging, biking etc just make sure you move your body, it's greatly beneficial for the body, it helps you to have a clearer and flawless skin, to be energetic, and look younger and most importantly to always be happy.

Drinking Water: Drinking enough water will help in passing out toxins from our system, and will make our skin to glow 🌟it helps us to remain hydrated, help to keep the kidney clean, and normalize blood pressure etc. Make sure you drink at least 2-4 liters of water everyday.

Dear ladies health is wealth, let's always take care of our body, when you observe those skin rashes on your body, treating infection more frequently and black circles on your eyes etc know that your system needs to be detoxify, so just do it And look ever younger and happier! We are so physically fitness awared . Although i have not tried detox tea before, i will definetely do this once i get my exams over.
