Soap—A Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Vaccine

I hope you're great 😃 today I want to discuss a simple do-it-yourself Vaccine with us, the soap 🧼 oh you might wonder how is soap a vaccine. Well, continue reading as you will understand as the article progresses.

Study indicates that the 2nd biggest killer of children in the world today is not tuberculosis, malaria 🦟 or AIDs. It's... diarrhoea. Do you know that many of these young victims would be alive today had it been their families regularly washed their hands with soap? The importance of appropriate hand-washing shouldn't be neglected, because it can cut down diarrhoeal diseases by a very big percentage.

It's important we instill this good hygienic habit in our children from a tender age, it should become part of them to regularly wash their with water and soap, after using the restroom, when they come back from school, church, playground, etc. they should wash their hands before and after eating, after touching any animal, or waste products.

Forming this good habit of appropriate hand-washing with soap can equally have a great impact on respiratory tract infections the biggest child killer, because coughs and sniffles will fall by a big percentage if they wash their hands at least 5 times a day.

Soap is affordable no matter where you are, that is why I called it DIY Vaccine, and this kind of vaccine is painless, please teach your children how to make good use of this cheap vaccine. Cleanliness is next to holiness, let's practice good hygiene and teach our children too because it's so important for our well-being and that of our innocent kids.

Our creator is the holiest so we must be clean, let's make it a habit to wash our hands with soap and running water after using the toilet, after changing pads for ladies, after changing baby's diaper, before preparing meals and when there's a reasonable likelihood that we could pass viruses or harmful germs on to others. By washing our hands regularly we show that we love people around us, and most importantly we love our family!
