Goodybest's Diary: Monday 29th July 2024: A Day In The Salon With My Kids.
Monday was great! It was one of the days I spent mostly at the salon. My hair was due, and I needed to relax my daughter's virgin hair. So, I went to the salon early with all my kids. Though we are on holiday, they kept me on my toes; everything was fun!
I woke up at 6:00 in the morning and did my sweeping chores. Then I prepared delicious pap and bread for breakfast. We enjoyed it as a family. After eating, we showered, dressed up, and were ready to leave. My husband dropped us off..
It was a 15-minute drive. Arriving at the salon, I thanked hubby for the ride. Then we headed into the shop, and work began. The stylist helped me loosen the old cornrows I had and then tried to loosen my daughter's hair. However, she didn't sit still for long, so I left her for some time to play and retouched mine.
The stylist washed my hair after five minutes and then styled it. Before that, my kids were hungry, so I bought snacks for them. I finished loosening my daughter's hair, and the stylist relaxed it. It wasn't easy, but it was great in the end! We relaxed her hair, washed out the relaxer, and styled her beautiful hair.

My baby's hair is so long; I can imagine how it will be in the next 3 years. I was very satisfied with my stylist's services. She was so kind to us, especially my baby. She even bought a soft drink for her to calm down. After taking some photos, I paid for her services and some hair products I bought with her and left. We spent almost all day in the salon, but it was worth it. Looking good is a good business. Haha 😂.
Reaching home, we all showered, and I prepared pasta for dinner. We enjoyed it together, and then the kids watched cartoons while I was trying to catch up with some important updates. As a mother, I always try to create time for myself to look good and be happy because a happy wife makes a happy mother, children, and home! What do you think? I mean, do you like our hair? Hola amiga las mujeres siempre debemos estar pendientes de nuestra apariencia por eso de vez en cuando debemos hacer una visita a los salones de belleza para que nos hagan un cariñito ya sea en nuestro cabello o en nuestra cara o tal vez en nuestras uñas pero nunca debemos descuidar nuestra apariencia, los niños por lo general son muy intranquilos y se hace difícil el peinarlos te lo digo porque así es siempre que voy a peinar el cabello de mi hija

Her hair is so beautiful and long. Sometimes I get tired of my natural hair but in-between thoughts I decide to go on with it. I really love the outcome of the process and of course the hairdresser is a good one since no complains of burns came with their lovely outcome.
