An Application For Community Curator (Team Newcomer) For The Month Of December 2022.

AN APPLICATION FOR THE ROLE OF A COMMUNITY CURATOR (TEAM NEWCOMERS) FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2022.

I wish to apply for the post of community curator for December 2022. It will be my delight to be part of the new team known as team newcomers. I was happy when I read the Steemit team's thoughtful decision to give preferential support to the newbies this will surely motivate the new ones in our midst to be active. So I'm willing to Serve in this capacity.

My Brief History On Steem:

I joined steemit on 13th April 2021, meaning I am 19 months old in the System. I have been an active user since day one, and I actively produce quality and educative content. The journey is worth while I have achieved some milestones! I'm consistent and most importantly I fully trust the process.

Details Of Positions Of Responsibilities I Held On Steem:

Currently, I served as my dear country representative. And I used to carry out my duties responsibly.

I am a greeter in the newcomer's community I used to welcome newbies to the platform, guiding and reviewing their achievement posts.

Presently, I serve as one of the community curators (team 5) handling steemcurator08 accounts to support good content on the platform. I have been a curator severally, for example, I was part of the industrious 7 teams for 4 good months specifically curating posts falling under my life theme. Being a curator has helped me to explore the platform, and to read many interesting publications in different communities and blogs.

I'm a moderator in Steem4nigeria and steemkids and parents, I used to read and review posts, guiding both new and old users on the right path to thread.

Details Of Experience I Have In Helping Newcomers On The Platform:

It's part of me to help and carry everyone along, I'm a fast learner so I got to understand nearly everything about the platform in less than 2 months since I joined since then I've been helping both those introduced by me and the ones I don't on how to write quality content, how to apply markdown styles and what each achievement tasks entail, etc. I used to do this both online and offline. it's because of this love that moves the Admins of Newcomers community appointed me as a greeter, and I gladly accepted the role. It will add to my joy to be Curating newbies' posts, oh the joy they will feel when their posts are selected to receive bigger support will be incomparable.

What Country I Live And What Languages I Can Read Fluently:

Nigeria is my country and I reside here, I speak, write and read the English language fluently. It is the language of the heart over here, but with the help of a translator, I can read publications written in other languages.
