My Weekly Steem Representative Report

Dear Steemit Team,

I'm here to present my last week's report as Steem Representative. Though I was feeling under the weather, the platform was buzzing with the new initiative by the team, which has opened up more job opportunities for many. I woke up to many messages from fellow Steemians asking me to join their teams, help them find teams, and much more! It was a fun experience! I joined a team and although I wasn't really active on the platform, I helped a lot of newcomers carry out their tasks and trained them on how to make quality posts. Let me highlight these in a bit of detail.

Curation work:

I worked twice last week, using the account to support authors from different countries. I made sure to evenly spread the support by using the country tag to search for different nationalities, as that's one of the purposes of community curators. I encountered neither plagiarism nor AI-generated posts, most posts were diary games, food, art, challenges, and contests. I spotlighted two best posts and reported my team's activities.

Greeters Work:

We are working hand in hand with one another and always finding ways to serve better. I worked in the community, verifying achievements 1 - 4 and identified a few abusers and labeled them. I also guided some of my recruits on how to make quality posts, and I'm glad to see them growing and being active! I encouraged many from different countries on the WhatsApp group, guiding them on how to behave on the platform, and I reached out to many and also responded to all who came to my DM.

Though I was feeling unwell, I wasn't inactive. I powered up to maintain my club status and used my little SP, which is now 35K plus, to support others. I was thrilled to receive more than 70 SP weekly as a curation reward, and I even got 100 SP last week. I announced the winners of my contest and sent their rewards. I joined a challenge and published interesting food content. I'm relieved and I hope to catch up with the remaining few days of the week.

I couldn't work in the community due to my ill health, but I will definitely make it up in the remaining few days. I announced the winners of the previous week's contest and initiated a new one, and I hope it will attract many users.

For the coming week, I hope to organize training, but I'm not certain if it's going to be virtual or one-on-one. Whichever favors us, we will go for it. I hope to continue to be more indispensable!
