How to make Wuzhou Paper Wrapped Chicken(做法)

1.Chicken selection: use fresh ground chicken or domesticated chicken with tender meat.
2.Prepare seasonings: Prepare seasonings and ingredients such as green onion, ginger, garlic, shiitake mushrooms and garlic cloves.
3.Wrap the chicken: cut the chicken into cubes, add the appropriate amount of seasonings and ingredients, and marinate for a few moments.
4.Wrapping Paper Wrap: Take a piece of unbleached white paper of appropriate size, put the marinated chicken in the center of the paper, wrap the paper up and fix it with a thin string or toothpick.
