Once you choose your country then , A very easy and fast way to find undervalued stocks, just go to PE ratio and choose your range from 0 to 12.

So here lets check out Argentina for an example.

Now once you have your stocks you can pick and choose which ones to get into and have fun making money, but what you might find difficult is actually buying the stocks since many brokers today do not provide international stocks, so you can also find different brokers that allow you to trade these stocks:
