Did the FED Hike Rates? Yes, a FAKE HIKE

in #fakenews7 years ago (edited)

Rate Hike = #Fake Hike
As the short-term rate rises, the long term rate is falling, and the spread between the long and short rate has declined 68 basis points from almost two percentage points to one and one quarter percentage point.
Clearly, this is not a rise in interest rates.
Clearly also, a rise in the #FED funds rate no longer signals a rise in all interest rates.

The massive drop in interest rates truly shows it's the end of an Empire (Japan, Europe, US). The empire has gotten too much debt that the only way to afford interest was to crash interest rates. So they have to create bond bubble to force rates lower to continue the game. Negative interest rates don't exist, negative rates equals DEFAULT. NIRP is snake eating it's own tail.
