Project closed for re-tooling.
I'm not happy about this, but the daily contest will be down for a day or two while I re-tool the rules, and go back over my guidelines. It has come to my attention that multiple people have been taking advantage of my generous competition (specifically, one person with multiple accounts). After looking back, this isn't the first time this has happened. I am torn though, because they have still helped me find new steemians to support.
Anyway, long story short, I will be redoing the rules portion of the daily contest, and being more picky with the accounts that end up getting supported. Prizes have been awarded to the LEGITIMATE entrants in the last contest, as well as Upvotes and resteems for the posts they linked. Thank you for your understanding. I will be back soon with the new daily contest.

That's sad that someone has taken advantage of your generosity. I am sure you will be re-jigged and back on your feet with better ground rules than before. I will continue to keep my eye open for any good newbies that need your awesome support!
Sorry that you had to experience this. There are a lot of users gaming the system as of late, up to and including user-run competitions and giveaways like yours. We must be more vigilant.
I saw the guy you downvoted hahaha it was so fun to read through his channels, where you clearly see he's not trying at all in his posts hahaha. I just don't know why people are trying to take advantage of something so good and kind for new members that are plausible whales and doplhins in the long run...
