The Lord My Inheritance
The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot. Psalm 16:5.
The verse indicates how the Psalmist was strictly acquainted with the Lord. It is good we question ourselves how close or acquainted we are to God.
From the opening scripture, the Psalmist seriously admitted that the almighty Lord is his own inheritance. The era we are is one where individuals are amassing riches in the absence of the fear of God.
