In my own way Hemorrhoids are painful enlargement that can come out through the veins inside the anus.it is reddish and irritated.it is also called piles.

Hemorrhoids or pile are when the veins or blood vessels in and around your anus and lower rectum become swollen and irritated. And this only happens when putting much pressure on the veins.It can be seen inside your anus or under the skin around anus.

Hemorrhoid has really caused people alot of people pains,this particular disease are so common in men and women it has affected so many people around the globe.Hemorrhoids is not a respecter of persons.However, young people and children can also get them

The main causes of hemorrhoids are:-

Straining during bowel movements
This occur when the person is constipated who has diarrhea.

When you Spend too much time in the toilet it will cause pressure on the last intestine closet to the anus.

It will affect you when you have diarrhea or constipation

When you have anal sex- when having sex with your anus it will affect you severely,and it will cause hemorrhoid.

When you are pregnant

When you eat low-fiber diet it can cause hemorrhoid

Carrying heavy things is not advisable,it can cause hemorrhoids because of the weight.

Hemorrhoids can be treated and ways and methods of treating it is for one to eat high-fiber foods like vegetables,oats, Avocado,apple, carrots and nuts or you can take supplements.it will help the stool to be soften,and it will help you avoid straining. Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas.

hemorrhoids has a cream that contains hydrocortisone that you can buy without a prescription. You can also use pads that contains numbing medicine,this numbing medicine can keep you from feeling pain

Soaking your anal area in plain warm water for 20 to 30 minutes three times a day will ease the pains and help relieve your discomfort.

And taking pain relievers by mouth will help relieve your discomfort.
With these treatments,symptoms of hemorrhoid will disappear within a week and if you meet with your doctor for test,the different will be clear.

Stay physically active. Being on the move keeps bowels moving.
You can use enemas only as recommended by your doctor.

Hemorrhoid is not always visible. But when they expand, they can look like red or blue bumps or lumps.But you can as well see it during surgery.

Yes someone in my family has it.

My distance cousin that base in Abuja has it and this hemorrhoids have disturbed her and her husband for years now.Nad I asked her if it's hereditary she said no that the doctor said that she carried it from a pit toilet when she was young.and this particular thing tormented her for years now,she has taken medication to no avail. But it has not affected the children and I pray for God to guide them.
Right now she's breastfeeding a baby and she complained to me that the pile is causing her and her husband pains.

With anger in my heart I told her am going to meet a woman that sells herbs closed to my shop and that her problem will be over.When I complained to the woman ,the woman told me me that there's treatment for it, immediately she gave me some herbs to give them,which I did.The day I called her she told me that they're not experiencing it again.
