Portfolio: £149,356.18

Very interesting night overnight. Got a tip from Crypto Kirby literally as I was about to turn my computer off for the night that ETH was looking good for a run. I had just bought some NEO expecting the same but without any frim proof, so put that into ETH and it had a nice little run up, earning me about £1.5k. what was amazing though was that almost every other coin in my portfolio, which stretches now to 29 coins, all saw rises, taking me to within touching distance of £150k. DRGN especially is going wild – up to $2.48. To think I bought at $0.08!

Also been going a bit ICO crazy, at least in terms of registering. Credits has been talked about but there’s something a little fishy about it. I’m going to see how it comes out in the wash before I decide to put any money in.

I’m also very wary if BTC. It’s been in the $13k range for a few days and the longer it goes without rising is one day closer to the time when it awakes and all the alts are rekt. I’m considering sending a percentage of my biggest investments back to the exchange to cater for such an event as my BTC portfolio has shrunk from something like 30% to 1.3%. I’m glad I’ve done this as the alts have given me some terrific gains, but the slumbering dragon wakes eventually. Having said that I don’t think alts are as exposed to BTC rallies as they used to be, and this will only increase in time which is great.

I’m also a bit too diverse in my portfolio for my liking, but they’re all good coins and I have a case for keeping hold of each one. While they’re making money it’s great, but when they go down there’s too many holes to plug. Most won’t see their full potential until later in 2018, so no point selling now even if BTC does surge. Well, maybe 25% to buy more.

Given the New Year it’s natural to also look ahead to the coming year. The tail end of 2017 was a precursor I think to what will happen in 2018. The whole thing is going to explode with only more people and money coming into the space, but it is incredible to me having got completely hooked and made so much money already just how few people are into this. I look at people going about their everyday lives and struggles, and I think here’s little old me, basically doing data entry at the moment because my so called marketing manager is shit, spending most of my time amassing a six figure (hopefully seven figure) fortune on the company’s time. It’s a bit like the unassuming superhero – nobody notices him until he does something incredible. I’d love to just be able to get to the million, let the word get out, and then jus hand in my notice and retire at 36! All of that under the radar. I love it. Even my family have no idea what I’m doing, and I won’t say a word until there’s a proper crypto bank I can cash out into. Then I can take driving lessons, pass my test, buy a luxury car and have a ruddy good time. 2019 will probably be where it starts to calm down, so this is the best chance for a quick million.
