"Gathering and drying Herbs" . By @giosou

Good morning to everyone !
Few weeks ago the time for gathering my herbs came and as I wanted to use them in Winter days too I had to dry them .

In this post you will see some pictures I took from

Pennyroyal(φλησκούνι)

and

Spear Mint (Δυόσμος)

Then I borrowed food dryer machine and started drying them

If you have Sunny days after gathering prefer the Sun to dry your herbs in order to avoid waste of power energy. Its what i did for the Pennyroyal and the second group of Spearmint Its better for the environment too !
