SteemVoter; a tutorial with power!

In a time a lot of new steemians entering Steemit, I wanted to bring steemvoter under the attention.

@steemvoter is a way of showing your appreciation to the people whose writing you really like. What does it do exactly? Steemvoter allows you to create some voting rules. You can create automatic votes on Steemians you would like to support and on the other hand, you will receive automatic rewards from the curation and upvoting you do.

Music to your ears right?

As you are an active user of Steemit, you know being around takes time, reading stuff takes time, and somethimes you just do not have the time to be here every five minutes. It happens you just miss out on a post of your favourite writer! "O, no! I do not want that!" One of my solutions is using Steemvoter. Here is a turotial how to show appreciation while not even online!

1. Go to steemvoter.com and create an account

First thing you have to do is go to https://steemvoter.com/.
Here you are able to create an account. Click "Sign Up", register and you are almost good to go!

2. Login and add your Steemit account

After login in, we need to add our Steemit account before we can start using Steemvoter. Just put in your account name and use your private posting key in order to to start creating your voting rules.

3. Getting your information

As you can see I listed my account @gindor. in order to get the up to date information of your account just push the buttons "Get SP" and "Get VP". This way you can see your up to date Steempower and Voting power. As you can see, my STeempower is almost 1890 and my Votingpower about 65%.

4. Creating and edditing a rule

Now we are ready o go and we will start creating some rules for our favourite bloggers. As you can see it is very easy. first click the button "rules". You will get a popup that looks like this:

Here you can easily create new, or edit existing rules. First you can choose the Author you want to post on and the steemit account which you will be using for the vote(you can manage up to 50 accounts in steemvoter). Now you choose how many voting power you will be using. For every rule you will be able to use another percentage, this is also adjustable afterwards. The last thing is to put in a Vote Delay. Here you can choose how mnay time you want to be between the porst being created and the vote which will be placed. Make sure the "Make this rule active" box is active and save the rule.



From that moment the rules are active. It looks a little like this.
