The Best Ribs in town!
It takes some time and preperation but they even tasted better then they look.
I added the rub 1 day before the cooking, and let it marinate in the fridge. Smoked it on my smoker for 6,5 hours, meat just fell of the bone!

I normally marinate my ribs with a special mixture with onion, garlic and lots of brown sugar. Sounds very sweet, but it is wonderful. I sadly have no smoker, but I usually love to do it on my barbecue grill!! Looks great)))
